A group of people, including the Ahmedabad East unit of the Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, has come together to marry off an orphan Dalit girl in Gujarat.

Nisha Vohra, who lost her parents, used to live in an orphanage, Saradpur Anathashram. It was her home while she studied up to Class XII…. On 30 November, a group of local Jamaat leaders met the girl and presented gifts to her.
