DMK chief M. K. Stalin has claimed that people are fed up of the Narendra Modi-government at Centre and also the Edappadi Palaniswami government in State and that he could sense a strong wave against Modi in the State.
“I have covered 30 Lok Sabha constituencies since I began my campaign on March 20, and I see anti Modi wave. People are against Modi,” said Stalin while campaigning for ally VCK candidate for Villupuram D. Ravikumar, near here on Saturday.
“The mood of the people indicate that the DMK combine will win all 40 seats (including the lone Puducherry LS constitue-ncy) and the by-election in 18 Assembly constituencies, as well,” he added. Claiming that it has become a habit of PM Narendra Modi to utter “lies” whenever there is any threat to him or his religion, Stalin said Modi resorted to making false poll promises after being distraught by the Congress party’s manifesto.…
